What is amiaOS?
A new system for your computer with Super Intelligence built in. You tell it what you want, in plain English, and it does it for you.
What's an operating system?
It's the brain of your computer — the thing that runs everything you see. Windows and Mac are operating systems. amiaOS is a new one we built, with Super Intelligence: it sees your screen, uses the mouse and keyboard, and does what you ask.
Is it hard to use?
Not at all. amiaOS has a very simple, intuitive interface that's easy to use — and you can just tell it what you want.
Can I just take a picture of my computer?
Yes! Tap the camera at the top of amiaos.com and snap your computer — or the sticker on the bottom — and we'll tell you if it works.
Do I need to buy a new computer?
No! We put amiaOS on the computer you already have. Don't buy a new computer.
Will my computer work?
Pick your computer in Step 1 and we'll tell you right away. Most business laptops and small desktops from about 2018 or newer work.
Which computers don't work?
Newer Apple Macs with M1–M4 chips, computers older than about 2018, and machines with less than 8 GB of memory or a small screen. Step 1 checks for you.
How much does it cost?
$300 introductory offer, plus $60 shipping both ways — or $20 pick-up and delivery if you live near Houston. Data recovery (saving your photos and files) is $100 extra if you want it. Your first month of Super Intelligence is free.
What are SI Credits?
Super Intelligence Credits. One credit is about one thing the AI does for you on the screen. You get 1,000 free for your first month.
What happens after the free month?
Pick a monthly plan — Helper $49, Plus $99 or Unlimited $249 — or just buy SI Credits when you need them. No contract. You can stop any time and keep your computer.
Can I buy more credits early?
Yes. Buy SI Credits or start a plan any time at amiaos.com/credits.
How does it help me?
It sees your screen and uses the mouse and keyboard for you. Ask it to write an email, find a photo, look something up or fill out a form online.
I'm not good with computers. Is this for me?
Yes — that's exactly who it's for. You just ask in plain English. No more calling the grandkids for help.
Is AI safe? Is it scary?
It works for you, on your own computer, and you're in charge. It's a helper, not a boss.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your computer, your files, your freedom.
What happens to my old files?
We wipe the computer to install a fresh amiaOS. Want to keep your photos and files? Add data recovery for $100 and we'll save them and put them back. We never need your passwords.
Why do I have to send my computer?
Because amiaOS isn't a program you download — it's a brand-new operating system. We install it fresh, test everything and send it back ready to go.
My computer is slow, old or full of viruses. Will it work?
As long as it turns on, we can work with it! A fresh amiaOS install leaves the viruses and the slowness behind. Step 1 checks the model.
Do you need my passwords?
No. We never need your passwords or logins.
Can I still use the internet and email?
Yes. It has a web browser for email, Facebook, YouTube, news and shopping.
Can I still use my Windows programs?
No — amiaOS is not Windows. It does your everyday jobs through its own apps and the web.
How do I send my computer?
After you order we email you a prepaid shipping label and how to pack it. Near Houston, we can pick it up.
How long does it take?
This is our early-bird launch: from the day we get your computer, it can take up to 14 business days. We keep you posted at every step.
Do you pick up?
Yes, if you live within 50 miles of our Houston shop: $20 for pick-up and delivery.
Do I need Wi-Fi?
Yes, Super Intelligence needs the internet. If your Wi-Fi gives you trouble, a cable to your router always works.
